Fabulous Urban developed the Makoko Urban Design Toolbox as contribution to the Makoko/Iwaya Waterfront Regeneration Plan based on the conviction that small-scale solutions yet integrated in an overall and comprehensive urban development and planning concept might work best in an environment like Makoko. The Makoko Urban Design Toolbox includes the design and concept of the Makoko Neighborhood Hotspot, as well developed by Fabulous Urban. The Makoko Urban Design Toolbox contains strategies and tools in three chapters, including a preceding vision.
