Cayan Cantara complex is a luxury residential twin towers, located in Umm Suqeim road, which has been designed by the Japanese practice Nikken. The name Cantara refers to the Arabic word bridge; this bridge is the connecting platform located on level 32, which links both towers. One tower allocates the residential units while the other is operated by the hotel and apartment operator Rotana. Four types of apartments are available; studio, one and two bedrooms, and a third one with three bedrooms with additional room for the service. Fitness and recreational facilities complete the residential and serviced apartments offer.
Sophistication is the common denominator of all the apartments, no matter the size. High-end finishes such as exquisite wood panelling and natural stone floors are complemented by the latest appliances and fittings, bespoke furniture and lighting which create a timeless elegance and a bright, seductive space that owners and clients can call home. A contemporary style is followed throughout to appeal to international customers seeking to stay in Dubai.
Other areas, such as the main reception, set the tone for the apartments with the presence of gold, sculptural lights and patterned panels which provide intimacy in the sitting areas to encourage private meetings. Overall, these state-of-the-art serviced apartments represent a luxurious way of living expressed through the carefully-developed interior design, the choice of materials and furnishings and the joyful combination of high-end interiors and architecture.
